Colloquio
Went to the interview expecting to be a one on one interview with basic questions but, to my surprise it was a group interview. The group was about 7 people we played a game to show leadership by leading the group on how to build a building with blocks (we got to see the picture for 15 seconds) and did some role playing. The managers gave us a lot of feedback which was very helpful. The only question they did ask was "Why do you want to work here?" which wasn't a though question. The interview lasted around 35 minutes after it was over we were called one on one to be offered the job.

It was overall an easy interview. In a group setting of interviewees, we were asked to each talk about what we thought good customer service was. Then, we had some blocks to build a structure, a house I remember. Without the person you were instructing being able to see the blueprint, you had to describe what to do with the blocks without touching the blocks. I didn't know how I did, but I got hired. This was the holidays of 2017. :)

I got a phone call to schedule an interview, which was quick and convenient. In the interview, one of the managers asked me star scenario questions and asked why I wanted to work for JCP. At the end of the interview, I got an offer.
