It was really bizarre, I had to keep calling the manager to even schedule my skills test after the 1st interview where she seemed excited I was applying. No real questions. when I finally got my model to do my test the color I needed wasn't there so of course I improvised, ants popped up all over the station I used. The towels were very low and smocks were no where to be found. There was no feedback after the skills test, except saying the color was beautiful on her and asking me how I thought I did......if there was anything wrong or I messed up she didn't give feedback, just said the H.R person was on vacation and she'd call me. Which at that point I figured she wouldn't.....very strange experience. Doesn't take that much for a yay or nay. Then I saw they were hiring for a manager days after. I'm kinda glad I don't work there, my model said she'd not come back because the air/energy creeped her out. I'm sure it's a nice place, but not for me apparently.
