The interview process is a two-part process. For my experience, I had a phone interview and then proceeded to a group interview. Be yourself, and answer the questions detailed to the best of your ability.
Very laid back and customer service focused. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and had many scenarios of possible situations that would happen with customers who are upset or request to speak to manager
Questions about prior experience and leadership positions. Explained using STAR method to answer experiential questions. Drilled on resume specific experiences and skillset. Polite and quick process but be thorough with explanations.
