Finally, the last interview is with the regional asset protection manager. Sometimes includes a meeting with the store specific general manager.

I participated in 4 separate interviews with different levels of management. I feel that JCPENNEY is thorough in their selection of talent and candidates for the roles that they hire for. Overall was a good experience and all members of management were very friendly.

Interview process went very well and easy. There were 4 interviews. Only complaint would be how slow the process is. It took about three weeks to receive an offer after I applied.
