I got a referral from a former intern. I had the interview on site in their headquarter. I had 2 round interviews, first with a director and second with a manager. Director interview questions concentrated on my background and resume. The manager interview focused on technical questions.

2. Could you talk about the current situation of Chinese financial industry? (Test your logic to answer a tough question rather than the knowledge)
3. If we want to purchase a local commercial bank, what factors we should consider?
4. How many days can you work per week? (I said 7, the interviewer joked that you should say 8)
