I initially applied online. A few days later, I received an email to invite me to interview. I interviewed in person in one of the stored in London. Lasted around 30 mins. Was pretty straight forward process and interview.

I have applied online. Needed to do a test after passing, call with a recruiter and then visit to the store. The process was straightforward. However the wait between the steps was a bit long.
15 min interview in the store with a manager. Asked a handful of questions which were pretty straightforward and then got a phone call back a few days later offering the job
