Interview with a recruiter that seemed disorganized and unfamiliar with my resume. The questions were straight forward. Second interview with my would be direct report and I thought it went well overall. Questions were more related to specific functions in the job. Didn’t hear anything back for a week, rewatched out the recruiter who promised to follow up and was then ghosted. I was hoping for a bit more professionalism but lack of communication seems to be a common JD Power tactic based on other reviews.
