2 Interviews (possibly 3 didn't get to the last stage). First interview is partially culture-fit and a cursory inquisition into your skill-sets and interests. You are assigned a coding assignment, 1/5 random real-world webapps to demonstrate your knowledge and ability. There isn't a set timeframe to complete, but I personally time-boxed myself to 2 hours for professional reasons. Second interview is to review the code.
