The first step was a video interview that was really awkward. Usually phone interviews are more standard to get a "feel" for the candidate, but the video questions were basic. After a long time I received a call to come interview.
I got an email to interview with the company and they use HireVue, a third party company to do an online interview. I did the interview and I have not received any work from them.

I received an email invitation for a video interview via HireVue. The process is easier than expected with several standard interview questions answered through video and also questions answered by typing. But answering the questions while looking at myself is really awkward. No reply from the company after that.
