Once I was contacted by the HR admin., the initial meeting was set up quickly. I had a 30 min discussion with the hiring manager. It was virtual and since it was during the quarantine period, I will give the manager a little slack. I thought the interview was extremely general and he seemed minimally engaged. I was ghosted afterwards which is a big red flag for me on culture. I eventually chased down the answer from the recruiter.
