The Very first round I had was screening and skillset assessment for the job requirement. I was not successful for the Job requirement. I must stress, irrespective of the result, it's how the interview was conducted that I liked. I felt the interviewer is very supportive and educative person who took time for introspection of how it could be better, what wasn't good, Iterated how it could have been etc. He was in a way too supportive that, he assured that he could help me with other interview as well. That's rare these days to meet such people.!
