Awful experience, super disrespectful. They re -schedule the interview 5 minutes before it started. I was literally next to the computer. OK, whatever, it happens. but then the interview was a disaster. A bitter, negative, rude, cooperate -mannered older lady was interviewing me and barley let me talk. It's like she already decide I wasn't a good fit just from looking at me. After 5 min she asked to see my portfolio (which I didn't have in advance, since nobody told me I will need to present it - OK, Boomers! really advanced HR techniques over here, so 2023. I'm being sarcastic). I showed her some videos I made and she was very cynical about them. After the interview I thought to myself - no way I'm working with this woman, and I feel bad for any young employee like myself she will get. I bet on 100$ the chosen candidate was a man. BYE BYE Jfrog, will never apply again and I will tell all my Tel Avivian friends (developers and etc.) NOT to apply to your company. You are unprofessional at best, and cunning at worst! good luck with your dinosaur managers, real "start up" atmosphere. Take that for employer branding!
