Interview with HR - asked competency questions and kept confirming commitment and whether i would be willing to work for long at their company and whether i was fit to travel around.
Competency test Arithmetic test and personality test.
Basic technical test and experience during internship or college if you are fresh graduate. For exp hire, your experience at previous company whould be usefull if you are from EPC company

Then, had a Face to Face interview, focusing on the leadership and how to deal with conflicts.
And, basic knowledge about EPC.
The interview lasts around 20-25 minutes.
And the offer were sent after exactly 1 week
