They should have did a pre-screen to know waste my time. I knew the moment I was told "I don't have anything in my portfolio that is ISD related," I knew it was a wrap. I was asked a question and instead of me answering the question, I guess the interviewee thought I needed help answering the question and did it for me. It was a complete waste of my time. I have my other suspensions why they wasted my time, but I will leave it at that. I did receive a follow-up email that they are still interviewing and would let me know if I was selected. I was ghosted.

I was in San Diego just retiring from the US Navy and had a phone interview and a face to face with a remote employee who was in the San Diego area. I got the offer letter with a good salary (for my level of experience) plus a very nice moving bonus to relocate from San Diego to Orlando.
