The interview was straight forward, welcoming and collected with HR. This was a 1:1 process, we talked about the direction of the company in the next few years. Initially, I had a phone interview which felt an easy way to screen job seekers. I presumed they saved time and money this way, otherwise, they would spend sifting through hundreds of applicants, and paying someone to screen them face-to-face.
