Interviews with the CEO after he reached out to me directly. I have never felt so put down in my life about my career as a recruiter. Comments like "what you do is not real recruiting" and comparing what i do to a dennys worker vs a high end restaurant. I went into the interview confident and came out belittled. I love my job as a recruiter and ending that interview he goes "are you sure this is something you want to do" i am a hard working individual and a top performer at the company i am at now and just because i dont make 200-300k right now doesnt mean anything about my work ethic and how a thrive to do my best and best for my company. I would never talk to a candidate the way the CEO of this company talked and treated me with disrespect and belittling someone who is so sure of her career path as a recruiter and looking for another company to grow with and advance my career as a recruiter. He sent me another link to research the company and said maybe we can have another conversation after you research the company. - remind you i recieve his linkedin message last night and worked all day today so i did not have time to research i was hoping to ask questions but he kept cutting me off. I couldnt learn about the company from him besides the fact his recruiters make 200k-300k a year and doesnt compare to my 45k as he mentioned. After the conversation, i dont care about the money if that is how he treats people. You can keep your 200k-300k.
