Pathetic. Don't waste your time and efforts.
They will ask your salary expectations and will take all 3 rounds of interview 1 hour each.
2 technical round and 1 hour long HR round (waste). And after selection they will collect all documents and didn't release offer letter as they couldn't meet expectations also can ask you to join for lower designation. If you can't meet expectations then why conducting interviews and wasting time of candidate at first place. Poor process.
