Easy to crack, you should have good command over English, even if you don't have technical knowledge. Just impress the manager and don't do any work in company. You wl get good stability.
Interview was very good . First the technical person introduced himself and I introduced myself and asked two basic programs and oops concepts , exceptions and it's types and some questions on sql

I applied through Consultancy. First round was Face To Face Technical discussion. Second round on the same day was Managerial. Last was HR Round which was conducted after few days. Questions like Do you know anyone in the organization. Salary Stack discussion and negotiation. Earlier temporary offer was released. upon accepting which formal offer was released.
