I originally applied for oshkosh defense in appleton, and after an hour long interview with the engineers, I was transferred to do an interview at JLG, I got the position and was given I think 2 weeks notice? Main takeaway being the flexibility to transfer across the parent company

There were 2 phone interviews that were conducted. One was a general phone interview by the HR recruiter in which general questions regarding the resume were asked. The second interview was a behavioural interview by the Manufactuing Manager which was pretty straightforward too.
