Application deadline was 31st december, i applied 27th december. After the application form, I recieved an invitation to take online tests - same as other employer tests fairly straightforward. Then, I did not hear back for the next stage until February. People chosen for the assessment centre was by the best UCAS points as well as online test scores. The assessment centre was pretty short, about 4 hours, consisting of a 45 minute long interview, a group exercise and a in-tray exercise. Group exercise was easy, working as a team to figure out the best option to solve a problem on the production line. Its important to argue the role you are given and give advantages and disadvantages of the different solutions. The in tray exercise is not something you can prepare for. I literaly finished it as the time finished, it really is all about speed. You get instructions on the day detailing how to answer and stuff... The interview was not as daunting as 45 minutes sounds. It went really quickly. I got asked i think around 5 or 6 questions. Most competency based, and then one or 2 about the company itself and the industry. So do some research the night before to prepare! I got a call the next morning offering me a graduate role. Good luck :)
