I recieved online aptitude tests and once completed was invited to attend a virtual assessment centre. The assessment consisted of a presentation with an interview about the presentation and a motivational and behavioural interview.

Discuss a time you used initiative to get a specific outcome. How did you prepare for the presentation? What skills do you think you will develop at JLR? Focusing on the customer how will you have a positive impact? What was your goal with the presentation?

What company values align with you the most and how do you show that?
A full day which was very nicely set up at a hotel with food and drinks. Staff were kind and helped where they could. They also help try to relieve the pressure.
