Was contacted directly by the hiring manager after applying for the role. I had no initial interview with a recruiter which was a bit strange — Although I didn’t mind that. The first call went great and we immediately spoke about scheduling the next round. The 2nd interview was a video call which lasted about an hour. It seemed to go really well although it was apparent I was a bit overqualified for the role. (I also didn’t fully mind this because it was a role in luxury automotive and experiential which both fall within my area of passion/ skill set and the market is pretty tough right now ). Upon ending the 2nd interview we spoke about the 3rd round being a panel with more of the team and that I should hear something the following week. I never did. I reached out twice and still no response. I moved on with another company but being ghosted after investing time is never a good feeling. Super poor candidate experience.
