First interview was virtual, and very pleasant chat with some structured questions as expected on interest in role and company. Second interview was split by a presentation (pre known topic) with follow up questions, then had time to work through some questions and talk through answers to interviewers and finally competency based on JLR values. I would say in preparation for the interview, I was not told by the HR team on what to expect for the questions I was to work through on my own, i had to borrow a calculator a pen off the interviewer, they could have prepped me better for this before the interview.

Took a while to arrange, i got Behavioural, technical questions and presentation on a previously advised subject. 2 interviews of higher grade, time limited to 1hour. Read the blurb on the careers website about the behaviours and think about your answers. Make sure you've done some research on the company.
