It was well organized with you being prepped before every stage. 1. After your initial application has been reviewed 2. You proceed to take an Aptitude & Skills Assessment Test (12 minutes) 3. After which you move forward to the next phase. Questions taken during the test require a bit of math comprehension but are not so advanced. There are a lot more questions than the time allotted so it is best not to spend too long on one question. In my particular experience, I made the mistake of wanting to answer every question correctly so I kept unnecessary long on some questions till I realised I had lost time and scored at most half the pass mark.
