1 person interview; it appeared they didn't have the resources and the residents were unhappy. I have to write 30 word minimum, so here this is. Data is not accurate when you force people to submit and answer.

Entire interview was filled with lies and boasting about great work environment and core values. They talk negatively about existing team members and about their clients. Tell you during interview that your not worth what your making at current positions.
