Easy... only issue was that the whole process took about a month! i applied online and was called in for an interview about two weeks later. scheduled a one on one and was hired on the spot however, i didnt get to actually start working until two weeks later.

It was an internal interview, basically sat and discussed with store manager, asm and 2 other full time key holders about the position as well as how far I see myself going with the company. Asked questions about potential issues, for example, having become friends with co-workers and not treating them any different than other team members in a professional setting.

was not an interview. I applied and then was basically contacted by email for my background check and setting up my direct deposit, It was not a hard process since they were going out of business
