Had 2 questions on HireVue. They are behavioural based or about past experiences. Preparation is not necessary just be thorough with the past projects and internship experiences. You also get to have a retake for the questions.
3 rounds (1st round: 2 DSA questions; 2nd round: 5-minute talk on a randomly generated topic); round 3: Hackathon. The 1st round was easier with simple DSA questions; in the 2nd round, we had to talk on 2 such topics within 30 minutes.
