I spoke with the HR department to set up a time for the IQ test and interview with HR and BM/DM. I took the intelligence test, which was not very difficult. Similar to the ones online without the silly/trick questions. Later that day I met with a Branch Manager and a District Manager. They asked the standard questions? Strengths? Weaknesses? Past experiences? Why here? etc. They were friendly, with a very "corporate" feel. I was offered the job about a week later.

was a long process, went through 3 rounds of interview even though I was put on. that being said I did not get the job becaiuse I was not well prepared therefore it is my fault
Remote telephone interview, 2 in person interviews and then a panel of 3 people where I had to do a presentation. That was it, but I need to write 30 words.

went over realistic expectations and met some of the team. Went over products and had good conversations. Very welcoming and seem accommodating. Process is a little drawn out but they do their due diligence
