On June 15, 2022, I had my first interview with the Vice President of Cybersecurity Operations for the position of Penetration Tester. I did pretty well in the interview, which was all technical. After that, I never heard back from HR. I sent multiple emails to those in charge, but no one responded. After a month, I received an email on July 16, 2022, asking me to attend my second interview with a different Vice President of Cybersecurity Operations. Having two interviews with two VPs felt a little strange. When I mentioned that this was my second interview, the interviewer had no idea what I was talking about. Unexpectedly, he asked me the same questions as the first interviewer had, so I assume that by answering all of his questions properly, I performed well in this interview as well. Predictably, no one responded, so I waited for two weeks before sending the HR another email. Guess what? Of course there was no reply. After two months, I accidentally went to the job portal where I saw the phrase "No longer under consideration for this post." Nothing that happened was professional, they didn't even bother to reply to any of their emails or to provide at least a rejection letter, despite the fact that I performed well in both of the interviews.
