In interviewed with JP Morgan as a temp-to-hire, which means I was an employee of the staffing agency rather than JP (this only mattered for where my pay check was coming from). I interviewed with the staffing agency and they set up the interview with JP Morgan for me. It consisted of 2 different days, but only because after the first day, they realized I was a bad fit for the position and wanted me to interview for another, higher up, position. Each day I spoke to 3 or 4 different managers/vps. The interviews were all the same basic resume and behavioral questions, except for one manager quizzed me on company facts (ie., JPs stock price, CEO, CIO). The hardest interview was with the executive directer of the Delaware branch (obviously), not because he asked especially difficult questions, but because his method of interview was based on the intimidation factor - wrinkled brow, rolling eyes, no smiling.
