Very laid back. Mostly questions about yourself to see if you are a good fit. Some questions about working with high net worth clients. Be able to give answers that show that you think outside of the box with your recommendations and also cross-sell and get partners involved.
Super easy phone interview, then met with branch manager then Market Director. All were more casual conversations than anything. Really they just want to see how well you interact with people
