Met at a career fair and setup an interview through email. Had two rounds of interviews both were primarily behavioral interviews which were very simple just get to know each other questions.
You had to describe yourself, and the past experiences you have had. They ask a couple technical questions. The overall interview was pretty easy, and they were super nice. Just know stuff about the company, and they will ask you why they want to work for them.
The interview process is based off of your personality and how you present yourself. I was asked about my leadership and teamwork experience plus some other work experience from before. Not many technical questions at all.
