Initial call with internal HR, then straight to a meeting with their CEO. The 1 on 1 interview was with Joe Romano, and certainly felt very comprehensive from a firm culture standpoint. Mr Romano as personable and very descriptive of the firm and their goals, as was their HR recruiter, who took a considerable amount of time on that process. Unfortunately the process fell flat as there was no feedback whatsoever other than a form email informing me that I was not going to be progressed further despite the conversation with their CEO indicating that he would like to have me back to meet additional staff. It was confusing but no inconsistent from what I have heard about this process from others in the industry. They seem to be a firm that intends to grow beyond d the current market they are in, but have not yet put into place the level of corporate support people required to do so. Again, from the outside they seem like a solid CM firm and may very well eventually become one of the bigger players in the market. I would have liked to help them achieve their goals. All in all nice people.
