First sending CV and cover letter. If accepted, will get a paper test. After returning the paper test, will have an interview with the managing partner. Interview is conducted through Zoom and is relatively short.

Standard questions such as why pursing a degree in the States, future career plans, visa sponsor needs etc. Interviewer appeared to be approachable but the whole process could be somewhat informal.
