1st round was the typical phone interview which consisted of work description and company background.
2nd round was on site which lasted about 4 hours in total. There was a panel interview with the engineers related to the group applying for and then a 1:1 with the Dept Director and HR Manager.
Impression from the overall process was that they most likely do not hire/interview numerous candidates.
The process was somewhat disorganized and the questions asked were very bland and typical.
The HR Manager was very forward in expressing that I would get a call back soon.
