saw an advertisement of the role in a newspaper, submitted a hard copy of the application at the JSS university in Mysore. i was shortlisted contacted 2 weeks later and called in for a face- to face interview. for the interview there were a panel of 5 members one of which was the subject expert, who asked the project related questions, the other panelists asked more of general questions
