Recruitment was done in 3 stages:
Stage I - Aptitude Test (Difficulty level: Easy)
Stage II - Aptitude Test (Difficulty level: Moderate)
Stage III - Interview (Difficulty level: Easy)
Interview was very easy. They only wanted to know if the candidate had the basic knowledge about the steelmaking.

5.) Explain the whole process of Steelmaking in short?
6.) Which alloying element should be added in steel to make it ductile?
online test 1 and then online test 2 and then shortlisting process from 1 to 2 and then 2 to 3 and then after the 2nd round round technical interview will be hekd and asked many questions based on your resume and hr round will be quiet easy

Good and friendly environment, just basic questions. First there was two aptitude and technical test, second was more technical focus. Each one had elimination and short list would be published. Then one technical + hr interview. It was on campus, IIEST Shibpur
