30 minute call with HR. Typical interview questions they followed up pretty quickly after to schedule an in person interview. Interview was fine but the people conducting it do not understand how to properly interview. This felt more like an interrogation. I interview people in my current job, and I always ensure I make the interviewee feel as most comfortable as possible so that I get the most authentic version of this person. Very rigid personalities, and dry answers to my questions I asked. The office is old, sad, and does not look like an inviting place to get any work done. I was not offered the position, but I knew 5 minutes in that I would not have accepted if I got an offer. Company seems to be growing however and looks like a good place to work if you are a right match.
