I heard back from the recruiter the day after I applied. I was asked to complete a 30-60-90 day plan prior to being invited to an in person interview. After reviewing the plan, I was invited to meet the COO. I was later invited to meet the CRO, CEO, and Director of Sales. The process was a little lengthy, although they were very clear with communications on next steps and their timeline. Olivia, the recruiter, was the best recruiter I have ever worked with. She was kind and informative throughout the full process. Most companies leave their candidates in the dark and do not communicate unless they need something from you. Olivia made sure I was aware of next steps, and status every step of the way. She greeted me every time with a smile and truly made me feel comfortable at JJUMPP. I had an amazing experiencing with every person I encountered at JJUMPP. I wasn’t offered the position but, I would most definitely consider JJUMPP if another position that fits my skills and knowledge was to open.
