I was very disappointed with the interview experience with JWC. The interviewer clearly lacked interview knowledge and did not seem to be prepared. One of the first things he did was ask me to fill up an interview form in English, and I found out that he couldn't read English. That's still fine and we can speak Chinese during the interview, however he claimed that he did not know well and needed to ask HR, when I asked him about certain details about the company. It is clear to me that the interviewer did not do his homework before my interview and he was not prepared to answer my questions.
