Very informal. Spoke about of my background and why JYG was a "great company" to work for. Described the project I would be working on and timeframe of the hiring process. However, even after receiving and accepting an offer, they told me not to put in notice with my current employer. Communication was abysmal and I would often go days without a response. JYG contacted me 2 weeks later and rescinded their offer. I would avoid this shady company.
