I applied for the Job through my college career site and the position is for the Fall term. First round was HR round - resume review, then few behavioral questions. Interview lasted around 20 - 30 minutes. After that I was called for an on-site interview. In onsite round I had plant tour and few technical questions.

Tough Questions : Behavioral questions were difficult. My experience on QA, QC and root cause analysis were tested based on the answers I given and a loop of questions were asked from it. So, be thorough with your resume and the possible expected questions from it.
