Recruiter is very fast to screen their applications. Applied online and then one week later I get an interview to up for interview through email.
Only one round of interview with Quality Managers. Some questions are in STAR format about quality situation.
Shifts in Florence is 6-6, sounds like they have problem with turnover.

I came into the interview nervous but left feeling extremely happy. The manager was wonderful, we had a nice chat and got along. Really nice and bubbly personality. I would recommend working for this company.
