HR interview went well, very basic questions were asked about the position. Hiring Manager Phone interview was very standard as well. Questions were asked about previous experiences and how I would be a good fit for the position

Ein erstes Telefongespräch mit HR und direktem Vorgesetzten.
Nach recht kurzer Zeit Rückmeldung von HR mit Einladung zu zweitem Interview.
Terminvereinbarung und Interview mit der Fachstelle.
Zweites Interview mit Fachstelle und dessen Vorgesetzem.
Ich hatte die Information erhalten, dass noch weitere Gespräche geführt werden und einen Zeitplan, bis wann ich mit Feedback rechnen könne.
Das wurde auch so umgesetzt.
Ich hatte es als recht transparant und ehrlich empfunden.
