Average. Meeting room is weird and small. Its hot and the interviewer is not reach on time. The people who interview and the lead/manager is not a similar person. Working OT without extra pay.

What did you do during internship and how would you improve our current process.

Pragmatic and to the point. Fairly technical but is not overly in depth. Emphasis on interaction. It was in person engagement. The coffee was good but no other foods was offered.
Ask me quite a lot of questions that is related to the role itself, a lot of technical questions and theories questions, have to introduce yourself and ask you some analytical thinking questions.
It was a great experience as it was a service based and product based company they asked all sorts of questions regarding manufacturing of PCB's and the testing of them.
