Process was fast and brief, I submitted my resume, within three days I had an interview date, after the first interview I had the second interview in three days. The second interview was more of paper filling and salary talks. The interviewer made this too fast to really know what the position required.

The process took almost a month, first week HR reviewed your resume, next week hiring manager, another week waiting for interview and last week wait for the result. Before interview, need to well prepared, in my case, the interviewer not asking me about my projects but about company, knowledge about PCB and some behavioral questions.
HR didn't know how to correctly set up a Teams meeting. This lead to a lot of confusion and caused serious delays. The interview process was messy with no clear indication of what was happening.
