The interview process is smooth and I went through the phone screening session with them. The HR is helpful and informative. She called me after working hour, initially I was shocked why they still working after 6pm, but I understood they are trying to reach as much candidate as possible.

Pragmatic and to the point. Fairly technical but is not overly in depth. Emphasis on interaction. It was in person engagement. The coffee was good but no other foods was offered.
Ask me quite a lot of questions that is related to the role itself, a lot of technical questions and theories questions, have to introduce yourself and ask you some analytical thinking questions.
It was a great experience as it was a service based and product based company they asked all sorts of questions regarding manufacturing of PCB's and the testing of them.
