This discussion covered leadership philosophy, adaptability, and how I would drive impactful learning initiatives in the role with my partner. It was clear that the company values innovation and strong leadership. 6. Offer & Onboarding After successfully completing the interviews, I received an offer contingent on a background check and drug screening. My official start date was confirmed.
