Based upon previous leadership positions at other restaurants/food service locations. First interview is usually over the phone, the second is on site in person. Takes about a week or so to hear back. Usually lasts about 20-30 minutes. If they are on the fence about you, you may get asked or ask for and Realistic Job Preview (RJP).
