Entire process took one month from time of submitting application. HR contacted me to complete a 30-minute math & vocabulary test and personality survey, and then HR conducted a phone screening about 10 days after I applied. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager the following week, then a final presentation and interview about 10 days later, which allowed me one week to prepare my presentation of a business case for a project. After I presented, the asked about eight behavioral questions and their notes templates indicated they expected to hear the STAR method.
